Privacy notice
Last updated: 30 October 2026. This notice covers Daall's two sites, daall.sa and index.daall.sa. For anything about your data: [email protected].
What we collect
- When you write to us through the contact form on daall.sa or the access request form on index.daall.sa: your name, email address, organisation, message, and phone number if you give one.
- With every request: the IP address and the country identified by our hosting provider.
- We do not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools. On index.daall.sa your browser stores your theme choice (light or dark) locally; it is not sent to us.
Why
- Name, email, organisation, message and phone: to answer your request and follow it up, and for nothing else.
- IP address: to prevent abuse, by limiting the number of requests from one address per hour.
Where it is kept and who processes it
- Requests are stored in a database on Cloudflare (D1), and we receive an email notification. We may send our replies through Brevo. Both providers process the data on our behalf, possibly outside Saudi Arabia.
- We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.
How long
We keep a request while correspondence about it continues. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
Public data in our products
Our products are built from the public award records of the government Etimad platform. Some establishments in them carry personal names, which we show as the platform published them. To ask us to review a record that concerns you: [email protected].
